How much does a typical project cost?
Every engagement is fixed-scope and fixed-price, agreed before we start. A single automated workflow is a different investment than a full internal platform — the free audit call is where we scope it honestly. If automation isn't worth the money for your case, we'll say so.
How long until something is live?
Most single-workflow automations ship within 2–3 weeks. Larger builds run in weekly demo cycles, so you see working software in your own environment from week one — not a reveal at the end of a quarter.
What if we don't know what to automate?
That's the normal starting point. Discovery and process mapping are included in every engagement — we map how work actually flows through your team, then recommend the highest-leverage place to start. Half the value is deciding what not to build.
Do you hand over the keys, or are we locked in?
You own everything we build — accounts, code, documentation. Ongoing operation is an optional add-on, never a requirement. We'd rather you come back because it's working than because you're stuck.
